(More customer reviews)After receiving the filter, I find it is the wrong one due to incorrect product info. Upon contacting them, they have no return policy, except to ship it back at my expense, as well as having to eat the initial shipping. Since there was no choice, I did so, although I am now at the point where the 2 shipment costs are starting to approach the cost of the unit itself.
When they received it, it has mysteriously become "damaged", despite being in the same wrapper and box, therefore ineligible for any refund at all. My next step would be to file a damage claim with UPS. I can guess how well that will go.
Needless to say, this is my last experience with this company

510 Bionaire Air Cleaner Replacement Filter Review

(More customer reviews)I have a small, really old BIOTECH (Bionaire) air "purifier" which I had sitting on the shelf...almost gave up on using it again until I ran across this filter which fits! I also bought the charcoal foam, large size, which had to be cut; no problem there though. Amazingly, the thing has cleared out the mildew smell on my seasonally musty enclosed porch, and keeps the air nice and fresh. I run it on low, 24/7, with "ions" turned on. I did drag some sandpaper over the ion needle, which looked kinda rusty. But otherwise just flipped open the grates and stuck in the 2 filters. How great to be able to revive the old machine to be of such worthy use. Thanks for carrying these filters. :)

This filter is for the larger of the two upright units with handles (Model 17400) and for two Enviracare Models (62500, 12520). I replace my HEPA filter every year because I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, pollens, dust, molds, and other allergens and irritants. Honeywell suggests that you replace your HEPA filter every 1-3 years. Also, this HEPA filter has pre-filters which wrap around it, so you may want to order a box of those, too. The pre-filters should be changed every 3 months.

This was a while ago, but from what I remember, this was exactly the filter the website indicated to order."The company since emailed me and informed me that this was a 'one-size-fits-all' type of filter.Nowhere in the website or when I recieved the filter was this explained.I'm glad they let me know this, however I would have liked to know this ahead of time so that I wouldn't have had bad feelings or spent time researching if I had ordered the wrong filter. A little information goes a long way!

(More customer reviews)I have a bionaire air purifier which requires replacement filters about once every 4-6 months or so, so I try to look for package deals that contain many of these replacement filters for a less expensive price, and I was glad to have found them! There are 2 replacement filters in one box that's especially made for the filters, which would be very appropriate if you are giving them as a gift. Along with each replacement filter, there is a little bar clip-on thingies included (if you own one of these purifiers, you'll know what I am talking about), which tend to easily be lost if you are changing filters and not paying attention. But since they come with the replacement filters in the box, you have extra ones in case you ever accidentally throw them away! In all, it was a great deal and i bought 2 boxes! I am happy with my purchase, and the delivery was super fast!

(More customer reviews)My daughter is handicapped and has problems blowing her nose (Cerebral Palsy).
She also has terrible alergies. We've tried everything over the years trying to make our house alergy free and her life more enjoyable. But she's constantly getting sick and have reactions.

We've tried several different airfilters. Finally after researching on the net and seeing the HealthPro Plus coming out on top on every test/review we decided to spend the 800 bucks and take a chance.

I'm happy to say it worked as advertised. Within the first 24 hours of running the filter in her room on high speed her chronic sniffles disappeared. The next day we moved the filter (it's on wheels) to the middle of the house to have it treat the air in the entire house.

It's really doing a great job. The air in our home smells fresh as though the windows were open. I can't recommend this unit enough.

Only one minor quibble. IT comes with casters but they seem sort of flimsy considering the size an wieght of the machine. I'm afraid they will snap off if I try rolling the unit across carpet. But that's a minor concern.

I love the fact we can program it to run when we want it to and that it comes with a remote.

(More customer reviews)Whirlpool stopped making the filter for my air purifier.I was concerned about the fit, functional quality, and durability of an aftermarket replacement product.The filter is a perfect fit, and it seems to be doing a good job.I don't have a quantitative way to compare the original filters to these.I can say they appear to be functioning identically to the originals.I don't detect any differences.

I gave this filter a 3 star rating simply because I cannot comment yet on the lifespan of the filter.It is just way too soon.Everything looks promising.If the lifespan is shorter than the original Whirlpool filter, I would not lower my rating.The longer it lasts, the higher my rating will be.
